Network Control Centre
The Network Control Centre Team is based at the Traffic Management Centre at Coryton, Cardiff where they are co- located with;
They are responsible for the preparation, implementation and review of policies and procedures which deliver the Assembly’s requirements of ;
- Providing a Safe Journey
- Providing Reliable Journey times for all users
These objectives are contributed to through having clear processes and systems for:
- Incident Response
- Winter Service
- Roadspace Coordination
- Abnormal Load Routing
- Third Party Claims
